    Although my experience was good, I was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours explaining the outcome of my proposed claim. I never received a call back. My initial call was on a Sunday Afternoon regarding a medication that I had left behind. I wanted to get that medication by shipping from home and I needed help or advise to get it to me.

    After final claims paperwork was received by Tin Leg it took 3 weeks to receive payment. Seemed excessive since I had sent everything they had requested.

    Your claim was submitted on 5/11/17. We received your claim documents via mail on 5/16/17.
    What We Did About it:
    Your claim was approved on 6/1/17 and checks were mailed that same week.

    The service representative was very professional and helpful. The insurance gave us peace of mind knowing if something were to happen we would have help.

    This was my first time to use Tin Leg and my experience has been outstanding. I had no problems during the selection. My wife had a minor accident and required medical attention. Your support team was available when needed for inquiry and was very responsive answering questions and then processing the claim. I cannot think of any area where I would suggest any improvement to your service. Happily the check is in the bank not in the mail..

    My only complaint is that I was unable to initiate the claim at my convenience. I had to make an appointment to speak to an agent. Because I work full time, it was not easy because they are only available from 9 to 5. So it took over a week to get a time during my lunch hour. Once that was completed, everything went very smoothly.
