Had some initial conusion re rates and dates--could not reach anyone to get facts

No events during the trip. No claim to be processed.

Because of health reasons we were not able to make the trip to China. You folks were notified but no refund was given. We were given a credit for future trip but had to give dates for new trip in short period of time. This was not possible so we will lose all premiums paid for this trip.

We had no claim, but the sign up process was very easy.

The companies both responded quickly when I couldn't find my travel card with insurance details just before I was leaving. Tin Leg was more reasonable than other options.

I have recently sent in a claim and I am awaiting response.

I was pleased with the response (timing) and purchase value of my insurance! Thank God I did not require it; but had peace of mind knowing that I was covered.

I had no need to file a claim so don't know about performance of company. Compared pricing for tin leg was good with 5 stars so I went with them
