Simple process to select & sign up for coverage

The purchase process was seamless. My questions were answered promptly by email. The site also offered comparison policies and ways to customize the coverage you want. The claims process was very straight forward although thankfully we had no reason to file a claim.

Customer Service was very polite and patient in the start of the claims process while I was still stressing out overseas. Tinleg customer service reassured me about the process. Once I was back home and starting claim's details, I hoped that my claims adjuster would be just as patient, fair, and polite. And she was.

I'm withholding any further comment pending the outcome of the ongoing, seemingly non-urgent claim process.

WE were delayed in Dublin IR for 10 hours and will fine a flame through EU policy via a firm named Claims Compass. If that is unsuccessful we will contact Tim Leg for assistance with the delay cost. WE were given 30 Euro food vouchers but no consideration for trouble and aggravation.
