Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I apologize for the lengthy experience you have received throughout the claims process. Travel insurance policies are reimbursement-based. In the event of a medical claim, detailed documentation explaining the nature of the situation is required, including a physician statement, medical records, and receipts.
Again, I recognize this has been a frustrating process for you, and we apologize for this experience.
It is good to have the insurance and even better not to use it. Tim Leg was very responsible to my questions and changes when needed. This is the second time we have used Square Mouth.
I lost my tech bag on the plane and I'm trying to get the value of the items reimbursed.

My wife and I both needed medical care on our cruise. Our 2 claims totalled over $5000. We submitted the claims on October 2nd, and Tin Leg set a phone call on October 19. That is a very long time and I am out a lot of money while waiting. Thanks.

I was very pleasantly surprised to deal with Tin Leg. I spoke with Steve in Florida who was extremely accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. I found that the policy I took out was very reasonably priced compared to other policies from other insurance providers. Plus I did not have to insure every last bit of the trip I was on as other insurance providers require. Also, the follow up regarding email confirmation was very prompt and accurate. I would definitely use them again on my next trip.
