After waiting for 30 minutes, the phone system kicks in and says "no one is available - leave a detailed message and someone will call you back". I left a detailed message and NO ONE has called me back. Its been 7 days and several attempts to reach you to no avail or returned call

I talked to a rep before we travelled to adjust the policy. Best costumer service I've had is a very long time.

Could not have been easier
So far service has been good
Due to Covid 19 my trip from June 2020 was changed to June 2021. Tin Leg was very helpful and
extended my coverage to the new trip dates. I felt very secure with my coverage.
My baggage was delayed on return to Nashville and one bag lost. You do not cover that. I will seek a company that does in the future.
I found TinLeg very easy to deal with. I had to make a change in my policy and they were very helpful. The price is reasonable and I have already recommended them to a friend.
We could not be happier with the service we received from Tin Leg -- our flight was cancelled several times and the dates of our trip were changed at least twice. Each time, your representatives took care of the change immediately. When we needed one additional piece of COVID coverage documentation, they delivered immediately. Although we (fortunately) had no need for our coverage while overseas, we would definitely use Tin leg again.
When my sister needed emergency surgery and the hospital in Mexico was going to cancel it, Tin Leg pre authorized the surgery and she was a day from her intestines performing and dying! A life was saved, You all were friendly and made us feel like we had a partner while abroad. I am telling everyone to purchase travel insurance. She was extremely healthy and this could happen to anyone. Without it, the hospital was going to put her out.
