It was comforting to know that we had insurance in case we met with an emergency while on our trip. There were a few folks on our tour who did not purchase this type of insurance and not only were they facing some large medical bills, but they had to extend their stay in a hotel and pay that cost as well as the cost to change their ticket. Travel insurance is a great thing!!!
Your company provided fast and prompt service, we will use your company for all or our travel needs
Again thank you
Good experience . No complaints.
It is easy to select a policy that is cost effective compared to cruise line prices.
No need to file a claim.
Changed our departure date to one day earlier after we had purchased the policy. They quickly replied no problem, changed our coverage start date, and charged us no additional dollars.
Great rate easy to sign up..
We did not need to make any claims but in our online search, found that Tin Leg offered all the types of insurance that we wanted at the best prices.
Information on the website was easy to obtain and understand. This product overall is difficult to shop and understand. Tin Leg’s website and coverage clearly outlined coverages and their costs. We will use them in the future.
The best experience is that I didn't need to file a claim. Trip went well - no delays and only issue was a port diversion, but our tour company refunded half of our cost, so our loss was only $60 and hardly seems worth filing a claim.
