Customer service was very helpful when I called to get info before purchasing my policy. Luckily, we didn't need to make a claim but the peace of mind of having the policy, was priceless.

Very professionally handled. Emergency telephone service while traveling was quick and accurate. Claims process including the telephone interview was handled quickly and efficiently. At all times I was handled by the Tin Leg staff with respect and courtesy. Overall the claim was completed and paid within a remarkably short period. The biggest delay in settlement was my doctor who went on vacation before filling out the Tin Leg medical report.
I would highly recommend Tin Leg for medical travel insurance.

This is third policy I’ve purchased from Squarmouth. When i had questions I chatted with help desk and was taken care of quickly and effectively. I will choose TinLeg if possible because of value for cost and their reviews. Have never had to use it though.
