    My wife and I want to express our gratitude to you and your team for the manner in which our recent medical cancellation claim was handled. We found your claims process to be reasonable, straight forward, easy to understand, and much, much faster than we had ever imagined it would be. A special thanks to Brandi Morse for her professional yet understanding nature. She was always available to answer any questions we had and more than honored her commitment to resolve the claim as soon as possible. Our claim was processed and approved in 10 days.

    We will certainly use Tin Leg for our future travel needs and have already recommended the same to members of our various travel groups. As the opportunity arises, we will also submit an extremely favorable customer review to any travel/insurance rating websites that seem appropriate.

    My husband and I traveled to Thailand in December. I fell and fractured a metatarsal and cuneiform bone in my foot and had to return home. I took care of the cancellations and rebooking my airfare for the return flight and for the forward reservations, many of which were guaranteed. I submitted photos of the necessary supporting documents via the website. True to their word, my claim was paid within 2 weeks of submitting the documentation. Every dollar submitted was paid. I am very satisfied with the claims process with Tin Leg.

    Company reps answer questions efficiently! Comparison between companies are easy to make. Wish the insurance were a few $$$$ cheaper and that repeat non claiming customers be rewarded!

    This extensive trip in a remote part of the world went very smoothly yet it felt reassuring knowing I had assistance if needed! Two months earlier my wife and I were on a different trip to the Caribbean in areas still recovering from hurricane damage, also insured with Tin Leg. This time we incurred a trip interruption claim which Tin Leg handled flawlessly and efficiently. The phone interview format sets the entire stage for claim processing effectiveness!

    We went to India for 3 weeks and I forgot to bring our policy with us. I contacted Tin Leg by email and they immediately sent me the entire policy on my iphone. Fortunately I did not need it but it was there. Thank you Tin Leg!

    Purchasing and talking to a rep was easy. Insurance for my purposes , medical only, was inexpensive.
    Luckily I had no need for medical services on my trip.
    Ithrtrue test of travel insurance is making a claim. Hope it would be as easy as making a purchase.
    I would purchase tin leg again for my next trip.

    Superb - everything went perfectly and quickly. I had a short phone interview to share details of the claim. TinLeg then sent an summary of the call on a claim form - I simply needed to sign on-line and attach supporting documents. I received payment within a week :-)

    I was very satisfied and pleased with customer service. I had made a mistake on my purchase by not including my airfare cost. The service rep helped me increase the insurance to include the airfare, calculated the increase in cost, and made the additional payment on my credit card in one short call.
