I had to file a claim and the staff was very helpful and made it very easy to get through the claim process.

I had a very good experience with Tin Leg personnel in handling my claim. The person I worked with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The amazing part is that the office is in Miami as hurricane Irma had already made landfall and I still received my check in the estimated time.

Claims process was straightforward, and the Tin Leg staff were polite and helpful. My only quibble is the second, scheduled, phone call that was needed to complete the claim. I just wish we could have taken care of everything in one call.
