    Tin Leg did a good job handling my claim. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but it was a large claim and they needed to make sure we got the details right. In the end it all worked out and I will use them again.

    Extremely good experience. My wife and I had booked a trip to London for this past April 2017. Luckily we upgraded our insurance to cover cancel for any reason.
    As it turned out due to financial consideration we had to cancel our trip. Our hotel and plane was prepaid.
    As we expected the insurance cover 75% OF OUR PREPAID EXPENSES.
    We gathered all our paperwork related to the plane and hotel expenses and filled out the paperwork that TinLeg sent us.
    In approx a few weeks our claim was approved in full and we received a check not long thereafter.
    Absolutely no problems. Good experience and we will no doubt use Tin leg again for our insurance needs on any future trips.

    Response has been slow, but so far adequate. They promised to email me a claim form on April 18, and I have yet to receive it, so reminded them recently.

    I was concerned in the beginning because some of the Tin Leg emails seemed unfriendly and demanding of excessive detailed information. But then after a few emails, they put one person on my case, we corresponded, and all was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Tin Leg.

    I had to have emergency dental work done while in Mexico. I emailed the emergency site and got a response almost immediately. The agents were great and kept me informed as to what I needed to do to make a formal claim. I recently received an email stating I would receive a check in the mail. The reimbursement was more than reasonable. I will use Tin Leg in the future.

    Purchase was easy. After purchase I needed to contact you to correct the end date of policy. It was easy to make contact and speak to a live person for the correction. I would use your company again.

    The claim process was easy. Brandi, our claim representative ,explained the process. She was friendly, helpful and courteous. The claim was processed promptly and we are just waiting for the check to arrive. I will definitely use Tin Leg for our next trip.
