Contacted Tin Leg regarding a medical claim on board the NCL Spirit. We got an email with the claim form. Mailed in the claim form and documents and had a check for the full amount of the claim at our home within 10 days.

Purchasing the policy went smoothly, but of course the proof is in the pudding. We have no way of knowing whether or not this policy would have met our expectations had an event occurred that required using the policy. For example, on our cruise, our ship diverted to an island not on our itinerary in order to drop off a passenger who had a medical emergency. Would our policy have covered the medical costs associated with such an event? Hopefully, the answer is yes, but of course we won't know until we experience such an event.
I just stared the claim process.

Every person I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. You have become my travel insurance company of choice.
Being able to "step up" coverage as payments were made on the trip was valuable.
The comfort of knowing complete coverage for us was in place also helped us enjoy the trip.
I did not have to use the policy but getting it set up ran smoothly. Cannot comment on claim procedure since this was. It utilized.
