I have met all the requirements that Tin Leg has asked for and they still come up with more requirements .I even got a partial refund and I was totally honest with them and reported to them. Now it will be another 7 business days to wait.
What we found:
We received your completed claim form 8/15/2016. Because your claim was due to a medical condition, additional information was requested from the physician that advised cancelling your trip. The information we requested is standard for all claims that result from a medical condition.
What we did about it:
A claims agent contacted you on 8/15/2016 to explain why we were requesting the additional information. You were also provided with claim updates on 8/22/2016 and 8/30/2016. We will finalize your claim as soon as we receive the requested information.

Started to file a claim for delayed luggage. Contacted Tin Leg by telephone and the representative was very professional and helpful. Much more so than Air France!! Now awaiting the claim forms to submit.

We did not have to use this policy. However, it was easy to sign up, reasonable in cost and provided the comfort of knowing we would be covered in case we needed emergency medical care while in Canada.
I like this company and have bought several of their policies. I had a little trouble adding extra insurance to this policy. It took several phone calls to get it straight but I think that might have resulted from time zone differences. I would buy from them again.

I contacted TinLeg after my kid had had a fall and had to go to the hospital. Customer Care representative was very helpful. Still haven't filed the claim because I am waiting for the final bill.
Kasey Krueger, the claims rep who handled my claim was terrific!!! I found her to be very competent, friendly, informative, responsive and knowledgeable from first contact to final closure of my claim. Kasey was quick to respond to my questions to her by phone, e-mail or fax. I'm disappointed that I was unable to go on this vacation but I am very thankful I took out the insurance protection to cover All of my costs. I will definitely use Tin Leg for all my future travel insurance needs.

My experience w/ Tin Leg was seemless. Once it was set up, I hardly noticed that the safety net was there. Though I didn't have to use it, knowing that it would catch me freed me to focus on my acrobatics.
