I didn't have to submit a claim, but I did contact customer service to increase my coverage. Everything was handled quickly and accurately.

It was comforting to know we had a policy if anything went wrong - but were glad we didn't need it!

The agent I spoke with was helpful and informative. He told me what paperwork (letter from doctor, etc) I would need to support my claim. This was much easier to obtain while still on our trip than it would have been to ask for after we returned home.

Further comment will need to wait until after we have filed and settled our claim.

Sign-up was simple and my one question was answered quickly and accurately.

No problems on trip = No use of purchased trip Insurance

I would defiantly use SquareMouth travel insurance for all my trips. The only way to fly.

Tin-leg did not refund Airline cost of trip. After 3 calls to claims office I found out they needed documentation saying that no refund was issued from USAir. They sent me no explanation of benefits. Very disappointed for a high rated company on your website. I purchased the best policy too.

The timeliness in resolving my claim was very impressive. I had two phone conversations with staff members and found them very cooperative, friendly, and competent. Frankly, I was concerned about how my claim would be handled and processed. I have heard stories from friends and acquaintances that they had real problems with claims on travel insurance.

I am very impressed with the service I received. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend it to anyone.

I made a claim about 4 weeks ago and they have not responded to my claim. I expect better customer service than that.

We were very pleased with the efficiency with which our claim was handled. This was the second time we used Tin Leg insurance through Squaremouth. Fortunately, we had no need for a claim on our first experience. We will definitely use Squaremouth/Tin Leg in the future.
