Although I filed a claim with complete paperwork (according to the rep I spoke to), I received no payment nor feedback for more than a month. When I called, they said they had received my paperwork and were waiting for information from the trip provider. I had sent this with the claim. Last talked to them more than a week ago, but nothing additional.

My experience thus far has been excellent. Due to an injury prior to my trip departure, I will be filing a claim. I'm expecting that all will go well and choosing Tin Leg as an insurance carrier through "Square Mouth" was a wise thing to do.

Tin Leg has been very slow to respond and although the claim was submitted almost three weeks ago they have not indicated their position, even though the factual situation was very straightforward and medical certifications have been submitted. The claim involved a medical evacuation in Nepal and required a significant up-front payment. We are quite disappointed in their failure to respond. Based on their lack of response to date I would not recommend this policy.
We were going to file a claim for our delayed luggage but the airlines covered our expenses completely. Thank you for your professional service.
