I was super bummed but there was no way I could travel. I saw a doctor and he also said I couldn’t travel for a few days.
I filed a claim with Tin Leg on Aug 12, which was easy enough, but I have to do a phone call with their claims person. I got an email to schedule the phone call and they don’t have ANY open times until SEPTEMBER 24!!! And even more annoying, the only available appointment times are between 9 am and 3 pm, working hours for a normal person. I’m a teacher and I get 30 minutes for lunch, which is actually 20 min by the time I drop off my students. So I’ll get about 10 minutes to eat.
I assumed that since Tin Leg is an insurance company, they would have hours that are helpful for their CUSTOMERS and enough appointments available to process claims in a timely manner. 😵💫🤬

I’ve submitted doctors records but they keep asking for more and then more information. So much that I have had to contact my doctor office more than 5 times. The claim is still pending.
