Excellent selection of travel insurance policies. Prior to trip departure, I interacted once with customer service by telephone and quickly received the information I was requesting. Squaremouth has always been my favorite website for purchasing travel insurance. I find them to be reputable and reliable.

I called Tin Leg prior to my trip to confirm coverage. The phone response time was good. The company rep was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions about the policy and my request for policy documents. The single sheet policy summary was well laid out, easy to read & informative.

Customer service was very good, I called before my travels to get some kind of ID card for the insurance. They were very helpful and sent it to me.

I did not have any claims, consequently I cannot evaluate their claim service.

Just happy we were able to get insurance at a reasonable price as you always want to be insured especially when out of the country

We are not able to review this policy until we have filed the claim for a delayed flight. Then we will be able to review how well the policy for the ease of reimbursement. We have to file a claim for an extra hotel room and food, and a cancellation without reimbursement of a different hotel room, due to the delayed flight. We also had several items stolen from our backpack that we did not realize until it was too late to file a claim with the police in that jurisdiction. Thanks.
We are willing to review the policy once we have filed our claim and received our reimbursement from the travel policy.
