Did Not Need to File A Claim
we didn't contact company while we were away; our lugggage was delayed for 3 days and we just filed a claim last week. I called company before filing the claim and talked to someone who apparently isn't very customer friendly. she answered my question but clearly wasn't engaged in the process. we'll see how our claim is resolved
