Thank goodness, didn't need the insurance. Performance to purchase was excellent.

We had no need to try and process a claim.

The site is excellent! The side by side comparisons of the different policies saved me a lot of time and made my decision making relatively easy.

I called before purchasing the policy and got extremely good service. The representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The policy was issued very quickly.

Fortunately we didn't need to file a claim so I can't comment on that.

I hope I can easily find the web site and policy details for my next trip which will be in Sept. 2014.

The information was easy to obtain and to understand. Value seemed good. Fortunately, we did not have ANY problems and will not need to make a claim. It was great to have the peace of mind though. Would purchase coverage through Squaremouth and from this provider again.
