Tin Leg has been very clear and communicative. Falck, on the other hand, was very difficult to work with. At times, their phone lines were cutting off when passing calls, and for me this was at a very important time. No one at Falck told me I could go the reimbursement route until a day was wasted. I was told that Falck could not move forward on other aspects of my claim like getting transportation home until the hospital bill was received. Their inaction caused intense stress in an already stressful situation.
I decided not to pursue the claim. My luggage was damaged in the terminal upon departure from the ship. I was able to repair the wheel after ordering a new one from Amazon. Thank you

My wife had a serious infection on our trip. We saw a number of doctors, both at emergency clinics and at specialist levels. Our claim was handled by a group called Robin Assist. They were easy to work with and helped us through the claim process. We were promptly reimbursed once we provided requested documentation. Some of our receipts were in Spanish and Mexican pesos which didn’t cause any difficulty.
We both feel that we were reimburse fairly for our expenses. Great experience. I have used Tin Leg in the past and have always had a good experience. Worth the price.
