This is the second time that I have purchased a policy with Tin Leg. Each time I found the interaction very pleasant and stress-free. I was easily able to reach a human being and didn’t have to plod through a series of menus. The policy cost was very competitive and the policy had everything I wanted. Each time the person I spoke with was very patient. I have to say that, having never had to file a claim, I can not say what it would be like filing a claim and getting reimbursement, but just buying the policy, getting a policy that has the coverage I’m looking for, and interacting with Tin Leg has been very positive.

The purchase process was somewhat easy. One blip occurred when selecting the dates of travel where I selected the dates but the end date was different after processing. I admit I must have missed it before confirming. Customer service was easy to reach, prompt, and corrected the date for me. The price was great for the options I needed. My rating was based on price, value, options, and service. I would use them again.
