I have been trying for months to get $400 back from this company because my trip was canceled by the travel company. I have provided them a statement from the travel company but it’s never quite what they’re looking for. I’m very displeased. I hate to see the result if I was trying to retrieve $10,000!!!

Claim was handled promptly, but I was surprised at the exclusion of eyeglasses on the baggage and personal items policy. Also, I did not get credit for an older camera because I didn't have the receipt.

My trip was entered as 7 day ( my mistake) and I emailed to say it was only 6 days. I emailed before trip started. Told price the same. Is that correct?
