Had to extend coverage by one day when Icelandair cancelled my original flight and I needed to reschedule the flight to the day before. Coverage extension was handled quickly and easily over the phone at no additional charge and confirmed via email.

Their process to file a claim was easy and painless (a phone interview and then uploading documentation online). They did a great job of sending emails letting me know the status of my claim. I could not believe how quickly the claim was processed once they got the information from our doctor (about 1-1/2 days!) and then how quickly I got the check (less than 1 week later!). They truly exceeded my expectations!
