    The review was very efficient, once I supplied the necessary information, my claim was paid quickly. I will continue to use this insurance company whenever I travel.

    I filed a claim. Tin Leg representative assisted me with filing the claim. Claim is now completed and forwarded to Tin Leg. I am awaiting the results of the claim. So far Tin Leg has been very helpful iwith filing the claim.

    This was the first time I had used Tin Leg and the first time I have ever filed a claim. I had a medical expense of several thousand dollars while on a cruise ship in French Polynesia. I had to pay the bill before leaving the ship. I called Tin Leg as soon as I returned home. It was a Sunday and I didn't expect to reach anyone but did want to leave a message to give them notice. Within an hour after leaving my message I got a call from a Tin Leg's representative and he set me up with an interview the following day. The woman a spoke with was extremely pleasant. She told me what documentation I needed to submit along with their claim form. I scanned the requested information and emailed the pdf to them. In less than 3 weeks from the time I notified them I had a check for the full amount of the claim. No hassles! I thought that was very impressive and I will definitely use Tin Leg the next time I buy trip insurance.

    Info pre travel was good. The claim filing process was VERY easy. A travel companion had insurance with another company and experienced much more hassle with the claim filing. The only reason I did not give the process 5 stars is that I did not initially receive the amount that I had expected. I filed for baggage delay expenses. The interview and uploading of documentation was exceptionally easy and timely. The problem was that the actual processing of the claim was handled by someone different from the interviewer and some information seemed to have been lost in the process. I received a check sooner than anticipated, but for less than the full amount that I anticipated. I called the claims department and got a prompt review and correction to the problem. A supplemental check should arrive soon. I am shopping for insurance for another trip now and plan to purchase another TinLeg policy thru SquareMouth. I have also recommended this option to my six traveling companions!

    I think I've said it all -- it was easy and there was only one question I tried to get answered but felt that no one there (or any other insurance company) could answer it as it had to do with a hospital in the area in the event that we needed one.
