When we had to make changes to our policy it was not a simple process.

Website would not allow us to complete transaction on line. Had to contact Tin Leg directly to complete.

Purchased peace of mind and that's what we got. All went smoothly.

Unfortunately,, one of our travel companions was injured and was unable to travel. We had to cancel our travel plans. Fortunately, the policy we purchased covered such a situation. I have been dealing with Kasey Krueger, a claims rep at Tin Leg. She has been very polite and seems competent at what she does. No reimbursement yet but the documentation Tin Leg required was submitted recently.

Looking forward to a satisfactory resolution of my simple and straightforward claim for travel delay and subsequent loss of time at destination and what I paid for an expensive hotel night I could not use.
