Great overall coverage, great price; like that I was able to compare between policies. quick response to my questions.

Your service did not tell me that I need to provide the airline's document that the flight was cancelled until I contacted a few weeks later to find out about this.

I purchased travel insurance primarily for the Medical Insurance Coverage and considered the Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption and other aspects to be secondary.

The customer service staff at SquareMouth were very helpful with my many questions. The website is excellent and easy to use. The ease with which I could compare policies from many companies on SquareMouth.com was the main reason I eventually purchased a policy through the website. I did try a few other websites, but SquareMouth was the most user friendly.

I had a complicated trip to Europe. We were gone for one month and traveled extensively, the longest we stayed in any one city was 4 nights. I made all the arrangements myself and paid for them on an individual basis. Travel Insurance seems better designed for a trip purchased through an agent or a cruise - one big payment. I also never understood what the policy would cover. if anything, if I found it necessary to cancel one segment of the trip (perhaps because I was too ill to travel), BUT not to come home early. It seems to be designed to cover a trip cancellation prior to departure or to come home early for a covered reason. I purchased the Travel Insurance primarily for the Medical Coverage, which - Thankfully - I did not use. I decided that a complete understanding of all the ins and outs of the other features was not important. I decided that IF I had a problem of some kind to contact SquareMouth or the Travel Insurance Company and ask for assistance and advice. I am happy that we never had any problems and did not test my decision.

Easy, hassle free process. We had to extend our trip by a week and the incremental cost of the policy was very reasonable. Staff were very helpful in this regard.

We had the wrong return date on our insurance and I called Tin Leg and everything was was changed very quickly.

great trip to an area in northern Zimbabwe where it would have been difficult (call that "expensive") to evacuate...felt confident in having coverage...even better since I did not need it. Fellow passengers had confusion on connections from Victoria Falls to Cape Town and almost had a claim against their coverage, but we all worked it out.

We were unsure of our best option since we wanted travel health insurance but not insurance against having to cancel our holiday. So we called the phone number and spoke to a representative who was very helpful and got us a quote straight away for exactly what we wanted.

My experience was completely satisfactory. It was easy to set up, the customer service rep was good to work with, and the price was reasonable for the coverage I was seeking.
