    The purchase was easy and provided good peace of mind. Since we had no issues that would result in a claim I have no idea how that would have gone, but all communications indicates that it would be a smooth process.

    It was reassuring to have this coverage. Fortunately I did not need it, so I cannot say how straightforward it would have been to file a claim for reimbursement. The people to whom I spoke before buying the policy were very helpful, and seemed informed.
