    I was very impressed with them. The info they requested was exactly what I would expect them to need for resolving the claim. They responded quickly and efficiently with checks for the amount requested. The only thing I'd suggest is that somewhere someone should clarify how one should work with the airlines to get what was needed. I figured it out, but that process was not as easy as it could be.

    extremely helpful lady helped me purchase correct policy, she was very friendly and never irritated by my questions. she clarified everything and helped me make the best decision and I was more protected this year than other ones due to her help. Highly recommend. Never filed a claim but seems to provide excellent service and coverage if needed.

    The only concern was the policy lacked coverage for missed connections, an event that happened twice on the trip.
    Still, our primary objective was health related coverage which is well represented in the policy.

    My experience was outstanding. The insurance options were very clear and were priced well below the rate offered by the tour operator. I had previously used another trip insurers but found Tin Leg to be the best. I have used Tin Leg ever since.

    Recently, I had to file a claim and was pleased with both the claim process and the result. Tin Leg made the claim process hassle free. You will not go wrong with Tin Leg.

    I was unable to connect with their customer service from my cell phone. I needed the help of our hotel desk clerk in Kraków, Poland. More thorough directions from Tin Leg on how to make an international collect call were needed. Once reached, the customer service service person was too vague for my needs. Same was true for the very mediocre customer service person once I was home and attempting to complete their poorly conceived claim form. Let's see if they pay my wife's medical claim and how long it takes.

    when I first bought the policy, the end date was incorrect. I called customer service and was helped immediately and the change was made to the correct date within a few hours.
