Basically the whole process went smoothly and after they had received and reviewed the physicians letter the check arrived within 2 weeks.
It was easy to change my policy coverage after I discovered my mistake.
I' became sick suddenly the day before our return home and did not think I would be able to get on the plane as scheduled. My husband contacted you for assistance and was in ongoing communication over options to assist with our departure. Thankfully, I recovered sufficiently to go to the airport and board my flight home.
