    I liked my policy because it provided cancelation for any reason. I had booked a trip over a year from departure date so my policy offered the coverage I wanted and might need.

    when i filed a claim and sent follow-up information i received no acknowledgment from tin leg. their customer service people denied having received a claim which had been in their office for over a week. i finally received partial payment but i disputed their claim and faxed an appeal letter. this was also not acknowledged and in fact, when i called 8 days later, no one had even begun the process of evaluating my appeal. i was then informed that the appeal process could take months. my travel partners, who were insured by another company received the full compensation from their insurer. i would not recommend tin leg.

    Excellent service from time of purchase of policy thru expiration of policy.
    We had to cancel the trip for medical reasons. The airline gave us credit for the cost of the ticket, so no claim was filed.
    Will continue to purchase travel insurance in the future from SquareMouth

    I got very sick on our trip and on the second trip to the German doctor he thought it would be a good idea to go home and get medical attention from my local doctor. We called your 24 hour line and your rep told us what we needed to do to terminate our trip early. I am home now and under local care. I have mailed our claim to you and it should be in your hands in a day or two. The 24 hour assistance was very helpful in our time of need. If you have questions about our claim please contact me.
