We had to cancel our trip when my husband was injured and unable to travel. The customer service rep for the insurance was pleasant, helpful and competent. She explained the claim process clearly and emailed the required forms and instructions. The instructions provided a clear, bullet point list of the required documentation and the form was straightforward. The company communicated by email, acknowledging receipt of our claim and then receipt of the documents, setting a 15 day review period. Our claim was actually paid in 10 days.

It remains to be seen, because we have a pending claim for delayed luggage, but this is the best insurance company we have contracted for through Squaremouth and plan to use them in the future. They were in frequent contact before the trip and have an app to download, and followed up after the trip and even provided a link to file a claim, which made the process very easy. Also, we have always had great experiences with Squaremouth.

We had to alter the dates of our trip and insurance prior to traveling. It was easy to make the adjustment.

On 05/17/2023, my suitcase was stolen while on the train from Brussels to Amsterdam. I intend to file a claim when I have all of my costs to replace the items stolen. When I returned home I contacted Travelex and they were very helpful.

We had to cancel the trip due to a non Covid related illness. Filing the claim was pretty straightforward and the check arrived yesterday. The adjuster let us know that we were due a small refund from the cruise provider that we were not aware of. Between the two refunds we received the full amount. Very satisfied!

We had an emergency and were unable to travel. I filed a claim with Travelex Insurance online. The online process could be improved but overall it was fairly straightforward to file the claim. My claim was processed and the claim amount direct deposited into my bank account within about two weeks of filing the claim. This is the first time I've ever filed a claim with a travel insurance company. Since the process was so easy AND the claim was actually paid within a very short amount of time, I fully plan on using SquareMouth and Travelex in the future for all of my trip insurance needs.
