    I had to cancel my trip due to the political unrest and violence in Nicaragua. I filled a claim, and it was rejected. I was told that my policiey did not cover political unrest.

    This trip was the second one that I insured with Trawick International. Both times I ordered by phone and both times I dealt with helpful personnel. The time ordering was short and to the point.

    1. never received any written policy fromTrawick
    2. I relied on the SquareMouth summary of Coverage based on your cost of the policy and what medical coverage I thought I picked when I contacted Trawick International.and chose medical coverage.
    3. When I tried to file a claim with Trawick they claim I do not have Medical coverage.
    4. I have travelled the world and have always bought personal medical insurance. i.e. CSA
    5. I believe this is called the All American rip off.

    I found your online service to be extremely easy to use and understand. As a seventy+ senior some web sites can be very frustrating and not intuitive. Two of the most notable features on your application was the ease of selecting the exact coverage I wished to purchase from the extensive and diverse pool. The second came at the close of the transaction when I was given the option to place the policy "calling card" right in my Apple Wallet. This saved me from the need to print out a paper copy of all the policy data to keep up with on the trip. Thanks.

    Went to a ship's doctor on the trip . Did not realize we had no medical coverage till I
    called for a claim form, so was disappointed. My insurance may cover it. If not, will be
    more careful and read more when I select a policy next time.

    Was not represented correctly. Agent stressed emergency services such as life flight etc.,nevermentioning day to day illnesses were not covered. All other travel policies we have purchased have always covered health issues faced while traveling. Will not. recommend to friends

    Because of my illness, I could not fly to San Francisco to catch the boat, we had to cancel our full trip 2 days before sailing. We have been in touch with Claims Examiner /NB in March 22nd, who provided us with the necessary information to file a full claim. We sent all that paperwork in on March 27th requesting a return receipt. We received that receipt showing J. Potter signed for this at your Tampa office on April 2nd. We have heard nothing more from your company since then.

    We show your claim was received vis USPS on 04/02/18 and worked on 04/20/18 (15 business days). That same day a request for needed information was emailed to you. You sent the required information recently and your claim has been processed for payment. Please contact a Trawick representative if you have not received your reimbursement by 5/20/18.
