I would highly recommend Squaremouth. They helped me select a travel policy specifically for my needs, at a reasonable price. Their customer service was excellent. Fortunately, my travels went very smoothly and I did not require their services during my 3 month trip. I would use Squaremouth in the future for travel insurance for any lengthy trips abroad as the coverage and peace of mind is worth the reasonable cost.

I did not need to contact the insurance provider at any time, happily, so I cannot really reply.

I did not file any claims or need to interact with my insurance company during the trip; thus I cannot rate their performance.
