So far I’ve had a poor experience submitting the claim. The website submission process wouldn’t work so I had to email the claim. I’ve had no response except a form email.
I had some trouble with getting information from the airline that I needed for your use. I have now sent everything in my second group of documents on an email and have had correspondence from the company.

Customer service person was great when we changed our trip a month before departure and got a refund and a modified policy for new trip.
When filing claim, customer service person was not totally helpful
Although I didn’t need to file a claim, I felt assured I had a good policy on my three-week trip to Africa.
Called Trawick on Dec. 1, and Dec. 7 2x and requested form to file claim .
Stated that forms will be send & will receive in 10 days.
To date, Dec. 27th and still have not receive the forms.

I called with a question about flights and other cancellations. Our flight was delayed 5 plus hours and we were trying line other plans up and I had questions about the policy and it rules about half or limited stays. Those questions were answered.
My experience has been great. The service rep was very nice. I thought the coverage was exceptional. I would recommend Trawick International to everyone. I makes the trip more enjoyable knowing there are numerous issues you don't have to worry about.
we are in the process of filing a claim and hope all goes smoothly. we had trouble getting information from our airline and then a delay with medical forms...so hopefully we will hear back from your agent soon. Then we can do a better eval of your services
Wife became ill on a cruise outside of US waters. Primary coverage Medicare does not cover filed claim with secondary and awaiting their portion of coverage. Unable at this time to file with Trawick until receipt of payment from secondary (if any) which may take 4 - 8 weeks. Will have more comments after claim with Trawick is submitted.
I tried to extend my policy an additional 6 days via Chat and Email support. Although support was friendly and complete, the difficulty AND the expense of the extension (attempt) was enough that I will probably seek another provider in the future. (cost as much to extend as the original policy)
(also, don't advise me to call the US agent when I am traveling internationally and don't have a US phone)
I just saw this is a rating, not a review as the email stated. Too bad the company is so concerned with social media rather than customer support! Sign of the times....
