Trawick International Travel Insurance Reviews

This was a seamless experience. I had bought travel insurance, and less than 24 hours later, the trip was canceled by Gate 1, the provider. So I called and canceled, and was immediately sent a cancelation notice & my credit card was credited. it went more smoothly than I anticipated, & will definitely rebook for my next trip.

I've used on line service a few times by now, usually it works from the 1st time. This time I paid for the policy offered to me, but it did not
work! I called Trawick International & was told, that they have to make sure that the offered policy still exist? I got a call later & bought exactly the same policy, but this time it was about $40.00 more?
The agent was very polite & apologetic, everything else was fine. I've never made a claim, so I didn't have any problem during my travel.

Easy to use and affordable. Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely consider Trawick for future travels.

I received reimbursement for flight as you suggested and sent you a copy of the check however no further contact made.

The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful with explaining the different policy types. Cost of policy was very reasonable and website was easy to navigate.

First time buying Travel Insurance. My only goal was to cover unexpected medical expenses while overseas on a short trip. I needed some help making a decision on which policy covered my needs and the Customer Service was very helpful. Luckily I didn't need to file a claim so I have no idea how smoothly that process would work.

I have emailed in attempt to file a claim, No response yet. I attached all the necessary information in the email, so I look forward to getting this processed.

I purchased trip insurance for several hundred dollars, and my wallet was stolen during my trip. I lost $600 but when I called to file a claim I was told that Trawick has cleverly written into the small print that it will not cover the loss of property such as MONEY--the most basic kind of property. The explanation I was given is that there's no proof that I ever had such money, but this is completely false. I had proof of such money in the form of withdrawal slips and receipt for the purchase of foreign cash. This is a wonderfully convenient way for Trawick to claim hundreds of dollars in insurance and refuse to cover the most basic loss there is. I'm appalled by you, and will make clear to everyone I know never to take insurance out with Trawick International.
