My original; trip was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid and agin in 2021 48 hrs before departure. finally
happened this year. I was able to still use my insurance.
Tremendous customer service.
We had to cancel our trip before it started. When starting to file the claim, I called customer service for help in filling out the forms. After leaving a call-back number, they had not returned my call within 24 hours, so I called again. I did wait on hold for a while, but once I talked to someone, she was very helpful. Hence the mixed rating. We have not heard back yet about our claim.
I simply needed to cancel my policy within 24hrs after purchasing it. It all went well with no problems and I appreciate that.

I never went on the trip
Claim was filed within ten days of return. Follow up 30 days later the people who process for Trawick could not locate paperwork. Had to refill with out receipts?

Lost claim paperwork had to resubmit
Had to cancel trip for medical reasons and Trawick refunded our premium. Excellent to work with.
My first cruise was cancelled but I was fully refunded by the cruise line. We booked a second cruise and was able to transfer my policy to the new cruise
