Trawick International Travel Insurance Reviews

Files claim on 3/13/2022 and have not yet seen any results or had any feedback other than they received it.
All flights were canceled out of Chicago to the South east on 3/12/2022. With that we missed our ship. Hoping to hear from them this week.

It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to speak with to help us get started with our claim. We wanted to make sure we were doing the right things and collecting the pertinent information for our claim. Hoping the rest of the process will be now user friendly.

Easy to deal with and pleasant on the phone.

The customer service phone line was answered quickly. The agent was able to answer my questions regarding the inclusion of COVID in the medical coverage for my trip. The website had the same information but I wanted to be sure. The agent was very nice.

We were told the policy did not cover disappearing trip organizer, otherwise it was fine & cheapest.

We called the 24 hour number and never got an answer! Filed a claim 2 weeks ago and still no response except an auto generated email saying “very busy” .

Trawick answered their phone!!!!! And without a hours-long wait!! thank you

Up to this point in interactions with Trawick International, it’s been easing going

My experience with Squaremouth has been great. Unfortunately, I needed to file a claim with Trawick due to an extended baggage delay. The website they offer to upload the supporting documents and claim filing did not work properly, so I had to email them all of the supporting documents. Hopefully they process it relatively quickly, although an auto-response via email suggested that they are backlogged.
