We have filed a claim with Nationwide Insurance. We were unable to travel due to covid. Have not received any information that the claim has been processed. We lost $158 dollars on our Frontier flight and all of the flight amount on American.

Claim filed 1/24/22 with no interaction yet and nothing in the system yet. Their site suggests a minimum of 15 days before any information will be available.

The Trawick International Trip Delay Claim was submitted on August 10, 2021, from the CBPConnect website.
We have contacted Nationwide TravClaims a couple of times, but we received automatic replies only. Such as "We received your documents on 10/20/2021, 11/23/2021 and they are currently in line for processing. We are currently experiencing a high volume of claims, please allow additional time for review."
It doesn't look like a serious business.

The claim has been made in late October 2021 on www.cbpinsure.com and processed until late February 2022. It was impossible to see the processing status as a lack of claim information online. Contact telephone was responded by message machine only. Just after being contacted by Squaremouth asking to review by Trawick International my claim was reviewed and paid (half of the amount reclaimed) and closed. Thank you.

I had to make a change to my policy twice due to Covid. Representatives were very understanding and helpful.
