  • Trawick International policy: Safe Travels First Class

    I have filed a claim for both my partner and I over a month ago regarding my trip being canceled because of us testing positive for COVID-19. I was hoping to hear back from you guys regarding my claim application immediately but I have yet to hear anything other than this email. I need a refund for the trip immediately. I do not understand the lack of communication around this urgent matter. Please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.

    Trawick International policy: Safe Travels Voyager

    They have just 1 representative to attend the calls, he is nice and helpful but there is not 24 hours of service. Since I present my claim I haven't received any calls or real emails about it, just a computerized answer emails saying that they have a lot of claim I and the waiting times are long. I bought this insurance because their reviews but I start to think that they are fake.

    Cancel for any reason coverage was offered at the time I was researching policies, but was not available when I purchased and presented as an additional add-on that was never offered. It was a confusing process. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, they were empathetic but unwilling to accept the possibility that the website had malfunctioned/misrepresented the available choices presented to me regarding the cancel for any reason coverage, which made this a less than great experience. I would use the site again, though, now that I understand it a bit better.

    Your website is awful. I still can't look up my claim. I received an email saying the case was closed. I don't have any other information.

    Two months I haven’t heard from one person and Luna has not been paid out

    I had to cancel my trip due to covid. It took a while
    For someone to respond to my requests but I have been able to submit all my paperwork. It has been 16 days and I haven’t heard back yet

    My claim was paid in full when we had to cancel our trip due to Covid. It took approximately 30 days which is pretty good considering how busy they probably were because of Covid. Will definitely use again. Thank you
