Trawick customers appreciate the value for money offered by the policies and the ease of modifying them before a trip. However, some travelers report difficulty reaching customer service, particularly after filing a claim.
I have a claim in and responded both on the online claim system and email with more supporting documents to say we were unable to travel. I haven’t heard anything.
Slow communication. Policies are unclear. I will not purchase again.

0 stars is not an option. I will never use your company again. They are not following through and/or taking their time in processing my claim which was submitted back in early January. Trawick Insurance company is a scam at best. Shame on SquareMouth for promoting them
So far, great to work with
I have filled a claim and I have not heard anything. Not even a confirmation it has been received. There have been no updates or contact of any kind.

If I could give negative stars I would. I filed a claim the day after I had to cancel my trip o waited the three weeks it said to here back. Have filed multiple emails and spent hours on the phone including leaving call back numbers. I have never gotten a response on my claim or been able to talk to anyone about it. Worse customer service ever. A compete scam and not with the money I paid.
Bad experience with no possible resolution in sight.
I have contacted every number listed for Trawick on the "Confirmation of Travel Insurance" from Squaremouth. No one answers/the voicemail box is full/I'm put on hold forever.
So. I've tried to process a claim at CBPConnect.com, as indicated by the recorded message on the Trawick-provided phone numbers. I've tried 5 times. I enter all the information correctly, include the "Policy Number" (which is 1175931) and it is never recognized -- each time I get this message: "We could not find any matching records based on the information provided. Please verify the information entered and try again."
I tried to call during my trip and I finally gave up. Now I'm trying to process a claim after my trip, and it's impossible. I question whether Trawick and/or CBPConnect" are legitimate companies. I realize that the circumstances right now are causing a high volume of claims, but if they refer people to the website, the process should actually work.
Very disappointed in Trawick, CBPConnect, and Squaremouth. I've recommended Squaremouth to so many people, but at this point, I won't be making a positive recommendation.
Thank you for asking for feedback.
I tried to call and extend service when my trip was extended. I was never contacted by someone to know if I did what needed to be done. The contact number to get help didn't work.
The online interface works well and is easy to use. Overall I am happy.
Easy to use website. Quick response to questions.
WE RETURNED FROM OUR TRIP ON NOVEMBER 24TH. We filed a claim the beginning of December, and have heard nothing back . I am trying to find the status of our claim.
Squaremouth Polikcy No. #1143929
Nationwide Policy No. #NW0084
Member ID No. #982021165/982021166
CBPConnect shows that they have no information on this claim
I submitted my claim on 12/29 and I have not heard back yet.
My experience with the Trawick policy was straightforward, and I had no need to file a claim. At various points during the trip, I had reason to consider what would happen if I needed to file a claim, and I realized that I was not sure what the procedure would be. If I had an internet connection, of course, I could have gotten the information I needed, but when we did not have internet, it would have been difficult because I did not make a note of the international contact phone number.
My contact with Trawick customer service was to clarify what our coverage would be in case of an accident while hiking in rough country. On this point the policy exclusions were not completely clear to me. "Climbing" seemed to be excluded, but not hiking on a rough trail. Customer service did address this point, but I was not confident that I had understood exactly what the terms and conditions were.
