Trawick international is not answering or returning calls. When I enter the policy number on the site the automated message gives when you call in, it says the policy is not recognized. I'm incredibly frustrated.

I have called and left messages with Trawick. Their voicemail to tell you the emails and websites to move forward
with claims is spoken soooooo fast, that I cannot understand where to send anything. When I hunt on line on how to initiate
a claim, it is not 100% clear. I have tried to speak to someone, but am prompted to leave a message.
I have left messages and still, no one has contacted me.
I have 4 claims to file as we had to leave our vacation early as one of our travelers tested positive forCoVid.
If you could help me on how to start these claims, I would appreciate it!

The customer service rep I spoke with when choosing our policy was very helpful in providing accurate, cost effective information.
It was a little slow -- took over 3 months, but I was paid interest and the claim was expedited after two phone calls. Also understandable since travel cancellations have been so crazy.
I cancelled my trip and the insurance.

My family tested passive for covid 2 days before the trip. I called the company countless times and was never able to speak. I made a complaint through the internet and I've been waiting for them to get in touch with me, it's already been 2 weeks.

I called with questions regarding selecting the best policy and options for my travel needs. The young woman was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided me to a personalized choice. It was a good interaction and I traveled more comfortably knowing my Squaremouth policy had me covered.
I called in distress on Dec 26, they sent me to a phone number that mentioned that they were closed. Left a message.
A rude lady called me at 7am 2days later and said she was from a company i never heard of (coordinated benefits) without any of the information I left in my the voicemail, asking me for personal information.
When I said i don’t know them I only know trawick and squaremouth she didn’t have anything else to propose. I have been leaving messages since and no one is getting back to me…
