Who experience smooth
I filed a claim shortly after I returned from our trip (11/06/2021) in regard to a delayed baggage delivery. To date, I only received an acknowledgment from Trawick that they received the claim report that I sent. The claim remains pending and unsettled.
I found a mistake in the closing date of the insurance, my fault, called customer service and it was fixed right away.
I answered those questions for a claim filed for one of the travelers who was unable to take the trip. I haven't heard anything.

No real Interaction with them.....
We were not able to take the trip due to a serious illness my wife contracted 2 months before the trip! She was in the hospital for two weeks and barely survived! I have filed a claim for the part of the trip that was not refunded!
The site was easy to work with, and the cost was reasonable for the coverage provided. There were many options available to choose from so we could find a plan in our price range.
We had to cancel our trip early due to Covid concerns in specific ports. We were refunded our $ and consulted with Trawick about the insurance as we were not using it. Trawick offered to let us transfer it to another trip if made within 13 months. This was satisfactory to us and we are making use of the transfer.
Still waiting for response. I purchased CFAR insurance for the trip and am trying to collect on the claim.
