Helpful staff and reasonably priced

Had to cancel trip due to doctors advice. When i called the woman was very rude after i tried to contact them for a week. I was told i cant cancel cause it wasnt in the policy. I cancelled all on my own. When i called to cancell flight with you i was given 600 of my 900 and had to use it within 6 months. SAS told me when i called them that trawick was wrong i should have gotten all credit back and a year to use it.

I have not yet filed a claim as the process seems to be a bit confusing and I have to find time to contact the claims department for assistance, however I work night shift so our times do not regularly align.

Took time to read all conditions of the policy and did contact Squaremouth representative twice to get information.

I was sick pre- departure and the police wasn’t helpful at all with expenses.

I fell fx my patella.. called the medline..after the interaction with the agent..who gave me no useful information on what to do or which ER in Cabo to goto that would accept your insurance..decided my best course of action would be to not to go anywhere but to return home to Chicago on my own.. the agent did not offer to help with transport or anything..I ended arranging everything myself..in Denver TSA even made me stand up and walk thru the screening machines with my left leg swollen to 2+ edema and ended up walking with a left contimuted patella Fx..your insurance was a major waste of money..when I landed in Chicago I called BCBS and go approval to go to Northwest Medical ER..where I used my Medicare and BCBS..your policy and help was worthless..the only thing the 24 hr agent said was to get on line and fill out the claims forms--when I needed assistance with an immediate injury..I feel your trip insurance S--- and will not be buying it again..I and my sister are extrauma ortho nurses so we knew how to stabilize the leg..I just wanted an xray in Cabo to see the extent and if I had fx something..you guys made out as my policy was 135.00 USD

It was easy to purchase a coverage and was well explained to me by the agent

Have called Trawick several times with mundane questions. Spoke to few different people and was given few different answers. Keep in mind that all insurance companies are in business NOT to pay out claims....
