1. 23 February 2023, which I have not received a any type response after 4 weeks
2 today 26 March 2023.I'm not happy with Trawick International as I still waiting for their response I'm really hope they give me a quick response.

Always outside customer service hours. Sent text message no response. Going to try and figure out how to file a claim, but may have to file a complaint with the State Insurance Commissioner’s office to get some help. Just glad it was something serious outside the country. Will never be purchasing this product again!
