I have purchased Trawick Travel Insurance In the past and have had a good experience, especially since I have not had to file a claim before this trip. I am looking forward to sharing my claim experience with you in the future.

Per marketing material it's a good policy. HOWEVEVR, no claim was filed so unsure how it is working in real life.

My trip was delayed 24 hours and I had purchased insurance that covered any trip interruption. It was an incredible hassle just to reach the right people to file my claim. And now it has been almost a month since I filed my claim and I have not heard back the insurance your company provided. I am very displeased now.

This is the only company that has charged significantly more when I had to change my travel dates by one day.

I was happy with the service & product. It was pretty inexpensive, but I'm glad I didn't have to use it. Thank you.

On August 25, 2024, I submitted a claim regarding baggage damage to Trawick insurance (Surego) online. I sent all of the photos regarding the damage of the suitcase. After I submitted the claim, I received an email telling me that I will get a response in 15 days. However, 22 days already passed, and I have not received any response from Trawick (Surego), even I sent follow up to them. I am considering to file a consumer complaint against Trawick. Honestly if I can give them 0 star, I would give them 0 star on customer service!
