Easy approach to receive the cover I need it. Great customer service.

Their site sucks. It’s impossible to find how to file a claim. I had to write email to them so they can file a claim in my behalf or provide me with steps in how to file one. It’s almost done on purpose so people don’t file claims with them.

I have gotten no status updates. Your website to see status shows no claim at all. When I called, your agent did find my claim. It's been a month, yet he said wait another 2-3 weeks. I asked if they need more from me. Seemed he didn't access my claim or really look, just said they'd let me know. Very boilerplate, not about my actual claim at all. All very frustrating!!!!

We filed the medical claim since early September 2024. We call many times for the claim status but we were told just wait . It is too long to finalize a claim

When the start date changed they were helping in updating the policy.

I submitted claims back in July and they kept asking for the same documents over and over. I gave them everything multiple times and now they have ghosted me - they never issued a decision on my claim. I am very disappointed in this service. Please contact me immediately and approve my claim.

We misplaced our policy information just prior to our trip. I wrote Trawick in a panic, and they responded with replacement information exceptionally quickly. Super service!

I filed a very small claim for lab tests and prescriptions after seeing a doctor during my trip. After waiting months for a decision, I was told more documentation about my trip was required. This was a self-arranged trip, not a package tour, and It's simply not worth my time for such a small amount; I feel I've already wasted time and money just filing the claim. I certainly will never purchase another policy from you and will not recommend your company to others.

Since this tripbwas cancelled, Squaremouth instructed me to contact Trawick, which I did. They were very helpful, not only in canceling, but extending the insurance to another trip I am taking in February,
