Trawick International Travel Insurance Reviews

We had an incident where we were contact by our ticket (flight) agency inquiring if we cancelled our return flight. We had NOT and that caused a day of trying to figure out how we would get home. We were very concerned because the airline told us they could get us a ticket for one person, one way at a cost we couldn't possibly pay, so we called Trawick to see if there was any coverage for this type of issue but it didn't seem to fit into any of the categories. Luckily the ticket agency was able to get us another ticket for the planned flight, but it was 15 hours of phone calls and stress during our trip.

Customer service looked up pickleball as it was not included in the fine print. The representative made sure that someone else was aware that this was our inquiry. He asked all the right questions to Trawick. Pickleball is the fasting growing sport in North America and should be included in policy wording. This rep. expressed that he would take this suggestion forward.
It was nice to talk to a real person who seemed to care about our concern.

Spoke with customer service before filing claim. He was helpful.
Filed claim with Coordinated Benefit Plans LLC as instructed on April 8 so it will be 3 weeks on Saturday. They sent an automated email response. No news since.

Had to cancel trip due to husband's death. Had some difficulty getting through the automated phone system. Once able to talk with live person, I was sent the necessary paperwork to complete for Nationwide-who was very prompt in paying claim.

This is my second time purchasing this insurance and the first time submitting a claim. I am happy with the way they handled and will be choosing again in the future for my next trip.

Easy to use the service. I was able to secure an appropriate travel policy at a fair rate. I have used Squaremouth several times and recommend them.

We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Trawick…we recently had to change our travel plans and as a result had to change dates on out travel insurance…the folks at Trawick were very helpful in making the necessary adjustments…although we have never had to make a claim my wife and I are confident that based on our experience with Trawick they would be there to help…We have recommended Trawick to many of our travelling friends

We went to the nurse on the Emerald Princess. There was no charge for the service, but we did purchase medication from them at a cost of $35.00. I do not intend to seek reimbursement.
