You do well. I have issues with insurance companies not really offering plans for people who drive to their destination. We pay for travel issues we will never encounter. Not fair.
I tried to cancel within the ten business days and was given an email address to send my cancellation to-- after four weeks I received an email

Purchased the policy because it specifically covered Covid and we were traveling out of the country. Buying the insurance through Squaremouth was easy process that allowed comparison shopping. Our original cruise trip was canceled and we rebooked a new one. Trawick transferred the policy to the new trip with no extra hoops to jump through. Our trip went off without any problems so we did not file any claims or have any contact with their International Assistance.
I screwed up a DOB on a family member, and their customer service was responsive to my request to fix it. The lady I talked to through email was very friendly.

My trip was postponed to next year. Trawick International changed the dates on my policy. I am surprised Squaremouth and Trawick do not communicate with each other.

I submitted claim directly. Have only received automated emails and no direct response. Did receive automated email that they received my claim and will respond within 15 days. Obviously this will determine how I rate the experience.

The policy is not clear on all of the restrictions and requirements. We were told we were not covered at 100% like the policy falsely represents. Our flights for our honeymoon were canceled 4 times due to a Sprit Airlines pilot strike in Florida. The Customer Service was not helpful at all. We were told we had to purchase new flights to Jamacia and they will only cover $500 … seriously!
We can file a claim and be reimbursed.
We missed our all inclusive resort stay for 2 days and had to pay out of pocket for an extra day due to flight cancellations on our return flight. The policy was not worth it.
