Trawick International Travel Insurance Reviews

Trawick's customer service for purchasing policies are good in getting back to me when I have questions. They also refund my money promptly when I made a wrong purchase. I have not file a claim, which is the most important on how I feel how good is the company.

My trip to Trans-Canada Rail Odyssey with Vantage World Travel was postponed to June 15, 2022 because of the Pandemic. I informed you of this, sent in the necessary papers and you rescheduled our coverage. Your understanding and speed of com pliancy was greatly appreciated.

Fortunately did not need to use our insurance but the purchase process was easy.

Fortunately I didn’t need the insurance after all, but glad I had it ‘just in case’.

COVID has made travel internationally close to impossible but so far we have managed to successfully change our travel dates on our insurance to the future. Our insurance has not lost value so far. Trawick sometimes hard to reach due to COVID but have recently been successful. Insurance $$$ applied for next year when hopefully we can again travel to UK as planned in 2020.

Very easy to buy and the customer service was great. I loved the coverage with Trawick International. We did not have any issues and the airline accepted the insurance to travel.

Square mouth was awesome and really helpful in answering my questions. However, filing a claim with trawick has been slow and burdensome. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't had any contact about my claim yet

It has been over a month since I filed my claim and I have followed up multiple times and never heard back.

After waiting 2 hours on hold for someone to help us get a claim filed, we were told to email customer service. Well, it has been almost 7 days and I have yet to get a reply from my email or a call or anything from a representative. Again, when I called for help, I was referred to send an email again but no reply. This is very fustrating and not what I expected. Just poor customer service. So, as of today, I am still waiting to hear from someone so I know how to proceed with my claim. My trip was interrupted due to a medical issue and I need to figure out how to get a claim filed properly. Thanks you. My contact cell number is (760) 799-7308.

And here you ask to contact us in four weeks to review claim??? That seems like a long time when my trip was interrupted and I don't want to miss my window to file a claim.
