I was in a war zone when my flight back to the US was cancelled by the airline company. I tried to call a few times to extend the policy and when finally I got through to them via email it was 2 days after expiration. Despite my explanation that I could not call at any time; had no internet etc - they were adamant to NOT extend the policy.

I contact customer service for clarification on the covid coverage and to ensure all travelers were covered by policy. Easy answers and competitive pricing made this our choice for travel insurance.
