Thank you for the follow up and checking on my experience. The best news is that the trip went flawlessly and will not be filing a claim. Trawick had the best coverage for the price. What I was looking for.

Avoid!

I filed a claim on the website. It says it can take 15 just for the claim to appear online. I have tried 3 days now to reach their claims number, waiting for an hour+ each time and never reaching anybody. I guess that's one way to make sure you never have to pay a claim!

I will never, ever use Trawick again. What a disgrace.

Customer service sufficient but person didn't go beyond minimum to help me decide what to purchase.

The representative, both of them, helped tremendously. The one rep explained everything to me when I asked questions which in return is why I purchased the insurance.

The insurance seemed to be a good value and I didn't have to make a claim.

Thankfully our trip went well and the insurance was not needed and, but it gave us a sense of security knowing we had it . I actually referred a friend to you today as well as they are going to Cancun this weekend also.

I’m intending to file a claim for a very small amount
As hotels, flights and Airbandb were understanding and refunded me the trip. I intend to submit a claim for lost non refundable train tickets in Europe.

During my trip, I needed to contact Trawick. I did not know what number to call nor whom to contact since the policy was through Trawick but handled by CBP. I have no idea how SquareMouth interacts with Trawick and CBP. The travel insurance has too many companies involved thus making claims difficult.
